Abstract

The psychological content of personal and spiritual values of adults is considered. It is noticed that the psychological subject matter of values represents the internal reference point of activity and behaviour which carries out reflective, organizational, emotional and regulating functions. The spiritual potential of the youth is considered as a system of self-concepts and philosophical convictions. Intellectual capacity and spiritual potential allow personality to realize the spiritual forces in every day activity. It is a very important basis for the development of competence-oriented training.
