Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a thesaurus of scientific problem of personality development in the definitions of synergy. Synergistic approach to the problem of development of the individual determines the expansion of pedagogical thesaurus. The author has identified the main definition for the problem of personality development in the synergetic approach, which should enter into the system of pedagogical knowledge as interdisciplinary.
