Abstract

Methodological recommendations lighten essential aspects of operation for daily practice of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations, which concern fulfillment of psychology and pedagogical examination of a child, features of work with children with behavior deviations, distinguishing of intragroup variants of development while general speech underdevelopment. Implementation of methodological recommendations will favor deepening of knowledge of consultants of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations (PMPC), increasing of their professional level and of quality of services provision to the population. Methodological recommendations are addressed to the consultants or regional and district (city) consultations, to the specialists of education and science regulatory bodies, to the students of higher pedagogical educational establishments in the relevant specialty.
