Abstract
In the paper "The synergetic approach to personal development: an alternative or a necessity?" author presented requirements of the information society for person and the individual characteristics that should be inherent in the modern professional identity. The author presented abstracts of non-compliance of the educational system of the industrial age the challenges facing social environment on the formation of a creative person. The author concluded that there is a need for the use of the synergetic approach to the problem of human development.
