Abstract

In the article on the base of analyze of activity of the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education the peculiarities for professional development of heads of HEIs in the United Kingdom are determined, the ways for consideration of the best British experience for development and realization of the national in-service program for heads of HEIs in Ukraine are argued.
