Abstract

The practical handbook highlights the basic frameworks for researching the phenomenon of positive mental health of different segments of the Ukrainian population in the conditions of wartime and post-war rehabilitation. These include conceptual foundations, personal factors, and predictors. The content of the handbook is practical. It describes the psychological technologies for activating and developing personal mental health resources, such as Positive Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Art Therapy and Self-Regulation techniques. The practical handbook is recommended for employees of Higher Education Institutions, Military Institutions, medical and rehabilitation facilities, companies and organizations providing psychological assistance and support to various categories of citizens, psychologists, scientists, and anyone interested in mental health and psychological well-being.
