Abstract

The article gives a brief description of the program of supporting of self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges in conditions of psychological safety of the educational environment. The purpose, the main tasks as well as the scope of the training program are revealed. The description of four modules of the training program is given: «Positive orientation and disclosure of potential opportunities of the teacher», «The formation of adequate self-esteem and pride. Overcoming of the barriers that prevent full self-expression in professional activity», «Deepening of self-actualization skills and comprehensive analysis of internal resources of the individual», «Achieving of professional self-actualization and consolidation of self-expression skills», which make up the structure of the program and are aimed at the development of structural elements of self-actualization of teachers of professional higher educational institutions and realization of theoretically determined psychological conditions of psychologically safe educational environment, the formation of confidence in realization of significant personal goals of teachers, forecasting of life prospects, self-disclosure, self-knowledge and self-actualization, revealing of the resources of teachers and overcoming of barriers of psychological protection that prevent full self-expression in professional activities, the improving of communication skills and psychological culture, openness to new ideas, the ability to sufficiently control their own behavior and emotions, to form the ability to work with online tools. The modules include various types and forms of work: interactive lectures, multimedia presentations, discussion of video clips, business games, brainstorming.The program was developed taking into account the current conditions (pandemic COVID-19), which required technical and methodological support for the implementation of professional activities online on the Zoom platform using such online tools as Miro, Google Jamboard, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Google document with shared access.
