Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the introduction of the New Edition of Ukrainian Spelling in 2019 into the sphere of social and professional communication and consists in the necessity and importance of students learning the norms of the spelling system of the modern Ukrainian language in order to improve their professional speech, ensuring a high level of language competence of pedagogical workers who provide curricular and extracurricular activity in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge of modern orthography based on the new version of the Ukrainian orthography, to develop and improve the linguistic and orthographic competence of students in accordance with the changes in the current Ukrainian orthography. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar classes.
