Abstract

The relevance of the career guidance problem as a social phenomenon manifests itself in the need to resolve the contradiction between the objectively existing ones. the needs of society in a balanced personnel structure and subjective professional directions of young people. According to its purpose, the system career guidance should significantly influence the rational distribution of labor resources, the choice of a life path by young people, their adaptation to the profession. The relevance of the course is determined by high requirements for career guidance work at ZP(PT)O. Contradiction between market needs labor and the actual level of professional training of specialists, they are insufficient qualification and unsuitability to the requirements of professional activity market conditions lead to an increase in unemployment among young people. Therefore, the development of the modern economy needs to be prompt and adequate adaptation of graduates of P(PT)O institutions to the labor market. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, development and improvement of skills in professional diagnostics, education, counseling and adaptation of P(PT)O applicants. The electronic course is designed for teaching staff of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" for all. stages of professional development courses according to different training models (face-to-face, part-time, face-to-face, distance). The course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 2 hours - seminary occupation.
