Abstract

Innovative changes can affect labor markets and the employment of skilled workers in Ukraine in post-war recovery. In the process of rebuilding after a war, new industries and sectors may emerge, such as construction and infrastructure projects. This will lead to an increased demand for skilled builders, engineers and laborers with relevant skills. However, innovation may also lead to the automation of some processes in manufacturing and construction, which may affect the demand for manual labor.
