Abstract

The vectors of changes in adult education and non-formal education of adults as a globally recognized component of continuous education are outlined. The prospects for the development of non-formal education of adults in Ukraine and the direction of the prospective development of education in the state on the synergy of formal, informal and informal education are considered.
