This article is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of professional communication by teachers of vocational education institutions under the conditions of distance learning. The author notes that an important component of the professional and personal development of teachers in the conditions of distance learning is their properly organized professional communication. It creates opportunities for acquiring new knowledge, sharing experiences, forming new abilities and skills, promoting advanced pedagogical experience, and realizing individual professional opportunities for teachers. The theoretical foundations of professional and pedagogical communication are substantiated. The opportunities created today for the professional communication of teachers in the conditions of distance learning are described. The author determined that professional communication is actually the basis of a teacher's professional activity. The level of its organization depends on the quality of the educational process, the psychological microclimate in the class, the quality of the teacher's preparation for classes, the level of the teacher's understanding of modern educational trends, and innovations in the subject (profession). The article presents the experience of Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education as for the organization professional communication of teachers of vocational education institutions both in advanced training courses (formal education) and in the period between courses (non-formal and informal education) in the conditions of distance learning. Possibilities for professional communication of teachers are presented through access to the resources of the Digital Library of the institute and profiles of scientific and pedagogical workers in scientific and scientometric databases; participation in mass scientific and practical events of various levels conducted by the departments of the institute; participation in short-term competence-oriented thematic advanced training courses; participation in the work of virtual rubrics for non-formal and informal education and professional development of the teacher.
