Abstract

The collection presents abstracts of the reports of the participants of the regional scientific and practical seminar "Psychological and pedagogical support of professional training of qualified workers under martial law" (June 15, 2023, Bila Tserkva). In the course of the seminar, a number of topical issues were considered in relation to: ensuring the quality of education according to various models and forms of training in advanced training courses; formation of an individual educational trajectory of a teacher of professional education on advanced training courses; development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of a professional education institution in the system of continuous education; improvement of modern models of professional education teacher training; systems of motivation of pedagogical workers for innovative professional activities throughout their lives; mechanisms of motivation for the innovative activity of the vocational education and training teacher, etc. The materials of the collection will be useful to managers, methodologists, senior masters, teachers of professional and theoretical training and masters of industrial training of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. The authors of theses are responsible for the content and authenticity of the materials.
