Abstract
Training of trainers to improve psychological readiness individuals to make constructive decisions in an emergency situation: work program of the academic discipline; specialty 053 "Psychology"; the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education of the postgraduate education system. The implementation of the special course will contribute to increasing the level of professional competence of trainees regarding the preparation of individual and collective subjects for actions in an emergency situation, increasing the resistance of such subjects due to the formation of instructions for finding constructive ways of experiencing traumatic situations and events.
