Abstract

The comprehensive program for the development of a blind child and a child with visual impairment at an early age "Little Hands" is built taking into account the updated standard of preschool education. The program defines educational areas that contain key competences according to the age of the child and features characteristic of blind young children, and describes the goals, tasks and expected results of corrective and developmental work. The program can be used both by families in which children with visual impairments and young blind children grow up, as well as by specialists in early intervention, teachers of preschool education institutions, special psychologists, students of relevant specialties, etc.
