Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the actual problem of language education regarding the organization of communicative activities of deaf elementary school students with the active use of Ukrainian sign language as a first (second) language. Ways of developing the competence potential of a linguistic personality in communicative activity are substantiated, taking into account modern approaches: personality-oriented, bilingual, competence-based. The effectiveness of the organization of communicative activity in subject-subject interaction in the lessons of the language cycle using the author's methodology of linguistic didactic support for language learning in grades 2-5 of secondary education institutions was determined (H 90, H 91). Addressed to teachers of institutions for people with hearing impairments, specialists in deaf pedagogy, deaf psychology, deaf language didactics, students, scientists, parents, sign language interpreters.
