Abstract

In the monograph, the problem of forming the readiness of high school students for responsible parenthood in general secondary education institutions, boarding-type educational institutions and in the interaction between school and family is raised. The relevance of forming the readiness of high school students for future parenthood in the modern socio-cultural situation is substantiated, the essence of the concepts "responsible parenthood", "readiness of high school students for responsible parenthood" is determined, the state of readiness for responsible parenthood of modern high school students is characterized. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of high school students' readiness for responsible parenthood, in particular in boarding-type institutions, are clarified, and a substantive and methodical toolkit for their implementation in educational and educational work with high school students and their parents is proposed. Attention is focused on the expediency of introducing an optional course into the educational process, aimed at forming the readiness of high school students for responsible parenthood. For scientists, teachers, students, teachers of general secondary education institutions, workers in the social and educational sphere.
