Abstract

The analytical report presents information on the activities of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, its divisions, and research institutions under martial law (for the period February-August 2022). The martial law was introduced and prolonged according to the President of Ukraine's decrees due to the Russian Federation's full-scale war against Ukraine. NAES of Ukraine expresses unconditional support to the state leadership and the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The efforts of the NAES of Ukraine researchers are aimed at the organisation of complex measures peculiar to the academy regarding resistance to Russian aggression, strengthening the effectiveness of activities in order to accelerate victory, improving scientific and methodical support for education, developing science for the post-war reconstruction of the country on a high-tech basis. The key areas of work of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine are highlighted, in particular, the content of scientific, and scientific and organisational activities is revealed; conducting research and scientific and organisational work in the NAES of Ukraine research institutions; systematic scientific and methodical support of education, cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and education institutions; expert activity; psychological support for the educational community, provision of psychological support to the population in crisis conditions; international information and educational activities and support of information security and volunteer assistance of researchers of NAES of Ukraine.
