Abstract

In the article the authors state that in modern conditions the problem of actualization of new approaches to the problem of statehood is important. It is stated that the scientific potential of Ukraine remains virtually excluded from the economic process of society. An algorithm for transforming higher education in the post-war period into a driving force of society capable of ensuring its advanced development and innovative breakthrough in scientific and technological, industrial and economic, socio-humanitarian spheres is proposed.
