Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of construction and implementing individual educational trajectories and implementing them in a modern educational institution. The individual educational trajectory is focused on creating conditions for self-expression of a students’ personality and achieving the learning goals set. The general algorithm of actions in the development of an individual educational trajectory assumes a personal goal, based on which Intermediate tasks, loads and pace of learning are determined. The introduction of an individual educational trajectory in the modern educational process will contribute to increasing the degrees of students’ freedom, comfort and quality of training. The educational process is organized taking into account such qualities of students, which will make it possible to ensure a high level of their cognitive activity, achieve the intended results in learning. The teacher should create optimal conditions for revealing the capabilities of a students’ personality. The individual educational trajectory is characterized by content (through educational programs), activity (through non-traditional pedagogical technologies) and procedural (through the organization and types of communication) areas of implementation. It is possible to distinguish the following stages of developing an individual educational trajectory, in particular: diagnosing the level of development and degree of expressiveness of students’ personal qualities; building a system of personal attitude of students’ to educational material; designing individual educational activities by each student, presenting, drawing up a work plan, selecting means and methods of activity, establishing a system for monitoring and evaluating activities; implementing individual educational programs; demonstrating students’ personal educational products.
