Abstract

The article reveals the essence of methodological competence of a teacher of a vocational school and its components, methods of application of educational innovations in scientific and methodical activity of a teacher; the conditions of formation of a positive image of a teacher of a vocational school in the process of raising the level of his professional competence, innovative culture, methodological and information literacy in the system of postgraduate education of Ukraine are considered.
