Abstract

The monograph "Psychological foundations of the hardiness of the individual" outlines the basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of becoming the hardiness of the individual. The model of hardiness of the person and methodical maintenance of its diagnostics is presented. The structure of the hardiness of the personality, factors and predictors of its development as a holistic phenomenon, determined in the process of empirical research, is stated. The obtained results are the basis of the author's program of psychological assistance in the development of hardiness of the individual. The monograph may be of interest to sustainability scholars, educators, practical psychologists, and graduate students.
