Abstract
The textbook presents materials on modern forms of education of children with special educational needs in primary school, in particular in inclusive educational institutions; the author's approaches to solving the problems of development and socialization of such children are given, theoretical and methodological principles are outlined and psychological and pedagogical models of assistance to special children in the process of their education are proposed. The practical tasks contained in the manual are aimed at mastering the necessary skills and abilities of students and will be useful to teachers in determining the content and conditions of correctional and developmental work, with the selection of special methods, methods and forms. This will contribute to the acquisition of knowledge and social development of children. The publication is addressed to teachers and psychologists of inclusive and special educational institutions, employees of inclusive resource centers, parents of children with special needs, students of pedagogical faculties, all who care about the fate of such children.
