Abstract

The directory book continues the tradition, begun by its first edition, of creating reference literature on the state and development of domestic socio-psychological science. The information about the Institute for Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the most famous divisions, laboratories, departments of a socio-psychological profile in the country is presented. There are biographical references of scientists whose scientific activity represents the present of domestic social psychology. Compared to the first edition, the historical part of the reference book has been significantly expanded: the biographical data of the thinkers and scientists who made the greatest contribution to the development of socio-psychological thought in Ukraine in the 19th – first half of the 20th centuries are presented. On the revival and development of social psychology in the domestic open spaces in the second half of the twentieth century give an idea of detached articles published in different years by Ukrainian scientists. For workers in science and education, graduate students and students, politicians and entrepreneurs, everyone who is interested in social psychology and feels the need for qualified social and psychological assistance.
