Abstract

It is a question of transformation of definitions "literacy", "professional development of the scientific and pedagogical worker", caused by modern challenges which have faced all world in connection with Industry 4.0 and pandemic COVID-19; mechanisms of self-development of teachers, which ensure the improvement of the quality of professional training of specialists in vocational education institutions.
