Abstract

The article reveals the development of a competitive graduate which is impossible without a modern, innovative pedagogical worker who is able to successfully solve the problems of training future skilled workers. The implementation of the system of self-education depends entirely on the personality of the teacher: the strength of his character, the level of development of intellectual abilities, the level of creativity, which is the ability to make unusual decisions, express original ideas, quickly find a way out of problematic situations.
