Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the functioning of the new institution, which essentially remains on the traditional understanding of the priority of scientific and methodological support, counseling, which functionally perform methodical offices. Analysis of the potential of methodical work in the centers of professional development should be carried out through the dialectical unity of the following areas: existential; value; cognitive; practical. Threats for the implementation of the outlined areas have been identified, the solution of which requires systematic interaction of the community - education - the personality of the teacher, methodologist, consultant.
