Abstract
This scientific publication on the occasion of the anniversary date of the birth of the outstanding scientist, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, active member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, V.V.Oliynyk was prepared by scientists, scientists and researchers –members of his scientific school. The authors disclose modern scientific approaches, trends, directions, conditions and technologies of the spread of principles for open education.It is about the opening of all aspects of the educational process, the impartiality of the quality of education for society, employers and educators, since the present requires the unification of specialists from different fields of knowledge in order to make significant changes in the direction of open education. The publication is addressed to researchers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, and graduate students in educational institutions and establishments.
