Abstract

The article analyzes the essence of the acmeological approach in teacher education, which allows to reveal the content of the development of the internal potential of the teacher’s personality; the Akmeological model of the teacher’s professional success formation is proposed, the implementation of which is possible provided that acmetechnologies are used to develop the cognitive and emotive components of the personality structure, the formation of personal growth ability in pedagogical activity.
