Abstract

The article deals with the protection of copyrights of professional teaching staff in the VET of international systems of copyright and related rights. Attention is paid to international conventions and international treaties ratified by Ukraine. The attention paid to: Universal Copyright Convention of 1952. Main goal of Conventions its - creating a universal regime for the conservation and protection of copyright in literary, scientific and artistic works internationally. Considered Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of their productions which is aimed at government undertakes the protection of producers of phonograms who are nationals of other participating countries, from the production of copies of phonograms without the consent of the producer and import of copies every time mentioned production or importation is to spread them or their copies to the public. Exposed position Berne Convention, whose main objective is the protection as effectively as possible. The main objective is to ensure the rights of authors and their literary and artistic works. Berne Convention set clear criteria for granting such legal protection. Researched the position of the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations that introduced into a number of international law differential definitions such as "performers", "soundtrack", "producer of phonograms," "publication," "play" "TV and radio", "Relay". Analyzes the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, it specifies that the protection provided to performers includes the ability to prevent: analyzes the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, it specifies that the protection provided to performers includes the ability to prevent; implement without their consent record performance, which was not the subject of entry; reproduction without their consent record of their performance; if the original fixation was made without their consent; if the reproduction is made for purposes other than those for which the performers gave their consent; if the original fixation made under the provisions of Article 15 and playback there for a purpose other than specified in these regulations. Paid attention to the Treaty of the World Intellectual Property Organization Performances and Phonograms Treaty. Its basic feature consists that it regulates the rights to copyright works from the first publication, counting from the end of the year in which the phonogram was published, (or - in the absence of such publication) within 50 years from the date of recording soundtracks - 50 years from the end of the year in which the recording was made. It should be noted the fact that it has no connection with other agreements, except the Berne Convention, and does not degrade any rights and obligations under any other treaties. Is concluded that the protection extends to form expressions and not to ideas, processes, methods of operation or mathematical concepts as such. Compilations of data or other information in any form that on selection and location, constitute intellectual creations shall be protected as such. Such protection does not extend to the data or information and not applicable any copyrights which applies to the data itself or information contained in the compilation.
