Abstract

Educational and methodical development is sanctified to illumination of features of leadership in activity of head of educational organization. Development contains an educational-thematic plan, programmatic maintenance, informative materials for the special course, and also task for independent work, question for self-control and list of the used and recommended literature. It is appointed to the leading and pedagogical personnels of educational organizations, teachers of institutes of post-graduate pedagogical education, practical psychologists, and also all, who is interested in leadership in educational organizations.
