Abstract

In conditions of scientific, technical and socio-cultural the progress of modern society is increasing demands for quality pedagogical education, in particular the artistic, which produces representatives of the artistic and pedagogical elite, on which depends formation of the provision of the needs of our society in the artistic- the spiritual enrichment of the younger generation. In accordance put forward the requirements for the personal qualities of a higher teacher Never, including the teacher of fine art, which characterize it as an initiative, creative-active, artistic-an aesthetically developed personality capable of fully orienting in modern artistic-cultural and pedagogical space.
