Abstract

In the article the relevance of training teaching staff in the development and application of design technology in the context of personal and developmental environment of vocational schools, are the definitions of "personal and developmental environment of vocational education institution", "personality-developing educational technology," describes the components of teacher staff the development and application of design techniques, are thematic plan of the training course "design and technology in vocational education." Establishment of vocational school student-evolving environment requires the application of appropriate modern teaching technologies, including personal and developmental. An important part of the personality-developing VET environment is the training of teaching staff in the development and application of design techniques that can be implemented on the basis of scientific (research) - teaching centers (offices), training centers in schools. The following components of the technology of preparation of pedagogical workers for project training are defined and substantiated: target, motivational, semantic, operational-activity, control-regulatory, reflexive. The target component is for the subjects to prepare goals - planned results, the achievement of which can be verified by establishing feedback, and goals - vectors that are associated with professional and personal self-development, self-realization and are directed to the more distant future. Motivational component provides for consideration in the process of training the needs and motives of teachers and methodologists, the development of motives for didactic design, arousal and maintenance of interest in project-based learning. The content component is to include in the content of teacher training issues related to educational design, and the creation The operational component embodies the procedural, technological side of the training process and is implemented through forms, methods, techniques, teaching aids. The control and regulation component provides feedback on the results of training. The reflective component consists in self-analysis, self-assessment taking into account the assessment of others and determining the further level of their pedagogical activity by teachers.of appropriate visual and methodological support. The thematic plan of the developed training course for pedagogical workers of the VET system "Project technologies in vocational education" (72 hours) is given.
