Abstract

Research of personality action in real situations in groups where its livelihoods runs, provide information of conscious and unconsious aspects of status, roles, relationships and characteristics of "self-image". At the choice of role models of behavior are value-semantic framework, as reflected in the behavior meaning intentions to act, anticipation of consequences, prospects, goals and possible achievements. In the article disclosed author's three step concept of roles assimilation.
