Abstract
Experiential and experimental work in the area of training gives rise to the conclusion that the most effective way of teacher professional development - learning pedagogical ideas in tandem with the real-world experiences of implementation in terms of live contact with speakers of this experience (eg, experimental sites) through the use of intensive technologies professional self-development - micro studies analyzing real experience , protection projects and technologies , educational business games , discussions of different scientific and methodological schools and movements , testing the copyright of scientific and methodological ideas of psychological training of innovative pedagogical thinking and practical action.
