Abstract

The author of the article analyzes the main peculiarities of rhetorical competence (worldview/ideological, cultural, communicative, mental and speaking, rhetorical, etc.) of the social and humanitarian teaching staff at higher school. The mentioned peculiarities are being considered in accordance with the demands of classical academic eloquence. The rhetorical competence is regarded as an important category in modern investigations at higher school of Ukraine.
