Abstract
The highlights that in the second half of the 20s was the idea of the most productive scientific Labour Organization (NOP); Researchers discovered the concept of time; shows the importance and significance of NOP during the NEP, and with the First Five-Year Plan, when it laid industrialization, which was attended by foreign companies and specialists who owned management skills, working on the basis NOPu.
