Abstract

Based on the results of theoretical research and approbation of diagnostic methods a project has been presented. The project focuses on the techniques of psychological help to the citizens who are the readers of textual media and Internet resources. The aforementioned techniques help people overcome self-distrust caused by PTSD which impacts a person's perception of texts. According to the subject to subject approach the dialogue-based interaction via text has been highlighted which is aimed at facilitating the reader's self-trust.
