Abstract

The challenge of time is the modernization of the methodological service as a structural component of the education system, the reorganization of which involves rethinking the mission of the methodical service, orientation to innovative educational experience, change of professional roles and functions, management of high-quality scientific and methodological educational services in accordance with the requests and needs of customers, national communities educational requirements. Expert authors (teachers, postgraduates, methodologists - students of advanced training courses) analytically present complex questions of methodical activity in the new Ukrainian school in the format of a specific type of scientific work - examination. Poliological scientific-methodological interaction "questions - answers or answers - argument - proposal - perspective for the future" allows to expand the problematic-thematic and communicative-pragmatic range of professional communication, taking into account different views, approaches and positions to consider relevant for scientific-methodical activity of the problem, in need of scientific and social rethinking, reassessment, social legitimation. For scientists, employees of higher educational establishments, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, trainees of advanced training of pedagogical workers, heads of general educational institutions and institutions of the general secondary education system, methodical services of all levels, as well as all who are interested in the issues of modernization of the national higher education system.
