Abstract
The problem of forming a scientific thesaurus of competently oriented higher education are raises in article. The basic concepts included in the new Law on Higher Education of Ukraine (2014) are analyzed. It was shown that the harmonization of step-by-step models of training specialists at the national level with the requirements of the European Higher Education Area, developing a common understanding of the content of qualifications at the level of bachelor's and master's degrees, in terms of learning outcomes, actualized in Ukraine a study aimed at developing different competency models; emphasized that the importance of such studies and normative documents that are developed in their consideration, has an adequate interpretation of the content of concepts in accordance with the content of the concepts of the domestic space of pedagogical science.
