Abstract

In the article, the author reveals the possibility of achieving a synergistic effect in the process of implementing the Concept of New Ukrainian School. An important moment is the achievement of such an effect on the basis of the use of partnership pedagogy, since it is the model of interaction between teachers, parents and students that has the greatest potential for achieving synergy. The implementation of this approach is based on the theory of generations, since their unity or contradiction is determined by value orientations and behavioral models.
