Abstract
In the widespread implementation of modern ICT, the problem of their health-saving use becomes significant. In the educational and methodological recommendations there are the main types of ICT considered; the potential threats and consequences of their improper use are identified; recommendations for preventing the harmful effects of ICT and their health-saving use, safe for the physical and mental health of the younger generation are presented. The recommendations are addressed to adolescents, students of grades 5-9 for acquiring knowledge, skills and habits of health-saving ICT usage.
