Abstract

Motivation gender spicial aspects of vocational schools’ students before making choice of profession and employment career development. On the basis of gender approach there where analyzed pacularities of family, media and educational institution influence for both gender youth for their professional choice. The submission of vocational-technical schools about motivation to career choices and development of career classified by determinants and character. Singled out the most powerful factors for boys and girls wich acquire demotivative force.
