Abstract

Methodological recommendations are devoted to the problem of forming self-educational competence of students. The methodological recommendations reflect the essence of the basic cognitive abilities of a person (memory, imagination, thinking, attention), diagnostic tools and exercises for their development have been submitted. The methodology for creating a self-improvement program (portfolio) is presented, methods of organizing successful training, ways of working with literary sources of information, methods of using computers in self-educational activities of students in vocational schools are characterized. Methodical recommendations are intended for students, masters of industrial training, teachers of vocational schools and students of engineering and pedagogical specialties.
