Abstract
The modern sistem of education requires a new approach to educational technologies, management technologies and the development of certain types of education, including adult education. The actual aspects of the current state of adult education throughout life and the prospects of the profession of an andragogist – the one, who carries out teaching activities in this field, was considered in the article. In addition, the results of the analysis of open electronic systems contained in a modern online environment for self-education and self-development of teachers-andragogue was given.
