Abstract

Relying on the ratio-humanistic orientation, the author grounds inadequacy of the maximalistic (following the principle ‘all or none’) approach to solving value collisions which appear in human activity, particularly in realizingthe meaning of life. It’s important, however, thatovercoming of such approach would not lead to factual denial of reliable value pointers.
