Abstract
Recently, in Ukraine, as well as worldwide, widespread different scientometric indicators for assessing the quality of research materials. On the basis of conducted competitive research funding, intake staff to work and assessed the overall quality of scientific publications and articles published in it. The importance attached to this indicator and the selection of magazine subscriptions for libraries. Based on citations easiest way to determine the importance / usefulness of scientific publications. The quality and relevance of publications directly dependent on the number of citations rating Science Index - a rating of the integral index, calculated on the basis RINTS.
