Abstract

The article described features of leadership and its relationship with the construction management team in the school are disclosed. The essence of the theory I. Adizes about the reasons for the successful and unsuccessful management, as well as the advantages of using a matrix organizational structure to ensure effective management of working together to achieve a certain goal are characterized.
