Abstract

Distance learning has long been an important area of ​​education and every year its capabilities, tools and scope expanding. Foreign and domestic higher education successfully apply these methods and gained considerable experience in this field. However, the use of interactive, distance learning methods in vocational training long caused some doubts and therefore not have a significant development. But improving technology, the spread of Internet, increase the general level of skills with computers population signal that has established appropriate conditions for the development of this area. In passing, we note that the need of implementing such approaches and experience at the highest level, industrials and powerful and, most importantly, many workers, students and the general public. It benefits society receives from the use of such opportunities, are obvious. This flexibility of training, empowering students and schools, accessibility and openness of vocational training, increase of its attractiveness, adequate assessment of the quality of training and strengthening links between enterprises and educational institutions.
