Abstract

The article considers issues forming with high profile school student’s cognitive independence as pedagogical problem. The author of the article during many years is dealing with the profile school issues and is co-author of the first in Ukraine experimental geography manual for the profile teaching level, where the students’ cognitive independence issue is resolved through task-question system, test technologies teaching and personal oriented approach.
